Patient sync from Cliniko is now automatic. New and updated patients flow into ClientForms without manual entry. When a patient's details differ between systems, a conflict review screen lets you choose which version to keep. Intake form responses (address, emergency contact, Medicare details) are pushed back to the matching Cliniko patient record after completion.
