Do integrations cost extra?
No. Cliniko sync, and every integration we ship, is included on every plan, including the free plan. There are no add-on fees or integration tiers.
Is my data hosted in Australia?
Yes. ClientForms runs on Australian infrastructure in Sydney, and assessment data for Australian practices stays in Australia. The platform is built for Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles compliance.
How does the data get into my practice management software?
The moment a patient submits, ClientForms scores the result and writes it to their record as a native clinical note in your PMS’s own format, with the full PDF report attached and the note attributed to the correct practitioner.
Does the patient need to install anything or log in?
Never. They tap a one-time link (or scan a waiting-room QR code), complete the form on their own device, and submit. No app, no account.
Which regions are supported?
The Cliniko integration is available in Australia and New Zealand today; the PracSuite integration is available in Australia. ClientForms detects your region automatically from your API key.
What happens to my data if I disconnect?
Syncing stops immediately and your API key is removed from our systems. Patient records already in ClientForms stay put, so existing assessments keep working until you reconnect.
