Send without pressing Send
Once you are connected, Settings → Integrations → PracSuite carries a section called Automatic sends: welcome forms when a new client arrives, and progress check-ins at the session milestones or appointment types you choose.
New clients. When a new client books with your practice in PracSuite, the forms you ask every new client to complete go out to them as their own link: registration, consent, then any assessments. Nobody presses Send. PracSuite does not offer webhooks, so ClientForms checks twice a day rather than the second a client is created, and only ever considers clients and bookings from after you switched it on. Read the setup guide.
Progress reviews. Record which outcome measure a patient’s referral used, once, on their record. From then on that measure goes out on its own ahead of a review: either before a PracSuite appointment type you choose, or once their session count reaches a number you set. A practice-wide default fills every patient who has nothing recorded in one press, which is what a synced client book needs. Read the setup guide.
Two things specific to PracSuite. The session count includes every past booking that was not cancelled, so a client who did not attend still counts toward the number. And because PracSuite stamps appointment times as a wall clock with no offset, the review card asks for your practice timezone before it will run, rather than guessing which hour was meant.
Both are on Professional plans. Each card keeps a list of what it sent and what it skipped, with the reason, so a gap is visible rather than silent.
