A faster dashboard for US practices

The dashboard was making a long series of separate round trips to load one page. Batching them cut the US dashboard load by about a third.

  • -Roughly a third faster on the main dashboard for US practices
  • -No change to what is on the page
  • -Australian and New Zealand practices unaffected, and no slower

Occupational therapists see OT measures first

The send screen now opens on the measures occupational therapists actually use, grouped by what they assess, with the rest of the library one tap away.

  • -Function, participation, pain and daily living measures grouped by purpose
  • -The same face in every region
  • -Everything else in the library is still one tap away

A portal for every client

Every assessment email now carries a link that stays with the client. It shows what is waiting, what is scheduled for later, and what they have already finished.

  • -One durable link per client, created on their first send and renewed on every send
  • -Shows what is open now, what opens later and when, and what is done
  • -Copy it, email it again, or turn it off from the client's record

Build a battery from the batteries page

Your saved sets can now be created and edited with the same picker you use to send, including the running total of how long the set will take.

  • -Create a battery without going through a send
  • -The same search, browse and recommended measures as the send screen
  • -A running total of how long the whole set takes the person receiving it

Purpose-led starting points for counsellors and social workers

Counselling and social work practices now open the send screen on measures grouped by what they are for, rather than an alphabetical list, with the MAAS added to the library.

  • -Assessment categories written for counselling and social work practice
  • -Starting points grouped by purpose rather than by name
  • -Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) added, scored against its source

Mark a client inactive, and the reminders stop

Clients who have finished with your practice can be marked inactive. Recurring schedules end, reminders stop, and they drop out of the roster without being deleted.

  • -Mark one client inactive from their record, or several at once from the roster
  • -Live recurring schedules end, and the reason is kept on the record
  • -No further reminders or automatic sends reach them

Forms that go out before the appointment, on their own

Practices connected to Cliniko or PracSuite can set rules: a welcome pack when a new client books, and a measure before a follow-up appointment. Nobody presses Send.

  • -Several rules per practice, each reading as a plain sentence before you save it
  • -Choose the forms, how far ahead they go, and which appointment types count
  • -Spacing rules stop somebody being sent the same measure twice in a week

NHI numbers and pharmacy details, written back to Cliniko

New Zealand practices can collect an NHI number and a preferred pharmacy at intake, and both write into the matching Cliniko fields.

  • -NHI validated as it is typed, in both the older and current formats
  • -Preferred pharmacy collected beside the GP details
  • -Each question shows which Cliniko field it will write to

The DSM-5 ADHD assessments, refreshed

Both the adult and child ADHD assessments were rebuilt around the two things people found hardest: keeping track of which period they are answering about, and knowing where they are in a long assessment.

  • -A period rail that keeps adulthood and childhood visibly separate as you answer
  • -Quiet breathers part way through, with no extra step to click past
  • -Picking the link up again resumes exactly where it stopped, with answers intact

Bring your history across from NovoPsych

Upload a NovoPsych export and your past results come across attached to the right patients, so a switch does not mean leaving years of scores behind.

  • -Upload the export and review the patient matches before anything is written
  • -Your matching choices are saved, so a second export from the same account is quicker
  • -Imported results sit on the patient record beside new assessments

A calmer look across the assessment library

More than a hundred instruments moved onto the same modern layout patients already saw on our newer assessments: one clear cover, short sections, and no page that runs on.

  • -A cover page that says what this is, how long it takes, and that answers save as you go
  • -Long instruments split into short sections at points that make clinical sense
  • -The same wayfinding header and progress on every assessment

One way to send, wherever you start from

Sending is now a single surface everywhere in the dashboard: search the patient, pick what goes out, see how long it will take them, and schedule it to repeat.

  • -The same send screen from the dashboard, a patient record, or the forms library
  • -Search across your own sets, your profession's measures and the whole library
  • -A running total of how long the assessment will take the patient
