NHI numbers and pharmacy details, written back to Cliniko
New Zealand practices can collect an NHI number and a preferred pharmacy at intake, and both write into the matching Cliniko fields.
Highlights
- -NHI validated as it is typed, in both the older and current formats
- -Preferred pharmacy collected beside the GP details
- -Each question shows which Cliniko field it will write to
- -A client Cliniko already holds details for is not asked again
- -Off by default, and only offered to New Zealand practices
New Zealand practices asked for two things intake could not carry: the NHI number and a preferred pharmacy. Both are now intake questions, the NHI is checked as it is typed against both the older and current formats, and each question shows in the editor which Cliniko field it will write into. If Cliniko already holds the detail for that client, they are not asked for it again, and what comes back fills the blanks rather than overwriting what the practice already has. The questions are off until a practice turns them on.
