Forms that go out before the appointment, on their own

Intake before a first appointment and an outcome measure before a review are the two sends that get forgotten, because they depend on somebody noticing a booking. If your practice is connected to Cliniko or PracSuite, you can now write that down as a rule: what goes out, how far ahead of which appointment types, and to whom. Each rule reads back as a sentence with real times in your practice's timezone before you save it, spacing rules stop the same measure going out twice in a week, and if a rule stops working your dashboard says so in one line. Nothing sends until you turn a rule on.
