Occupational therapists see OT measures first

Occupational therapy assessment does not map onto a psychology measure list. The send screen now opens for OTs on the measures they use, grouped by what each one assesses rather than by name, so function, participation, pain and daily living each have an obvious starting point. It is the same for OTs wherever the practice is, and the rest of the library is still one tap away.
