Scheduling ahead is part of recurring check-ins, available on Professional plans.
You

Pick the form and the date

In the Send dialog, choose the client and the measure as usual, then switch When from "Now" to "Later" and pick the day — up to a year ahead. The button becomes "Schedule for" that date. Want it repeating? Open "Repeat this" under the date and choose how often.

Automatic

Nothing goes out yet

The client hears nothing at scheduling time. The send sits on their page as "One-time" with its date, where you can reschedule or cancel it. The exact date you picked is honoured — including weekends.

Patient

On the day, one email

On the scheduled date the client gets a single quiet email with the form. Once it’s completed, the result lands on their page like any other.

Frequently asked questions

Can a repeating schedule start on a future date too?
Yes — the schedule builder has a "Starts" date. The first check-in goes out on that date and the cadence runs from there. Cadences range from weekly to annual.
What can I schedule this way?
Scored measures — the same set available for recurring check-ins, up to three per send. Intake and consent forms go out with a normal send or your onboarding link.
What if the date falls on a weekend?
A date you picked yourself is honoured exactly. Dates the schedule computes on its own (later cycles of a repeating schedule) are sent the Thursday before a weekend, as always.
