Send an assessment to a patient

Create a patient, choose an assessment, and share the link — scored results appear on your dashboard.

Click Send Assessment

From your dashboard or any patient's page, click the Send Assessment button. This opens the assessment drawer.

Select or create a patient

Search for an existing patient or create a new one. Enter their name, email, and date of birth.

Choose an assessment

Browse by category, search by name, or check your recently sent forms. Select the assessment you want to send.
