You

Activate the screening form

Go to Assessments, find Step 1: Screen. Activate the ASRS-6. Send it before the appointment — 6 questions, 2 minutes for the patient.

Automatic

Patient completes screener

The patient opens the link on their device. Scores appear in your dashboard within seconds. If the screener is positive, proceed to Step 2.

You

Send the full assessment

Activate the ASRS (18-item) or Adult ADHD Assessment (DSM-5) from Step 2: Assess. Send alongside the WURS-25 (childhood history) and WFIRS-S (functional impact) as a battery.

Patient

Patient completes assessment battery

The patient works through the forms in one session. Each form is chunked into ND-friendly sections with time estimates and progress tracking.

You

Add comorbidity screening

AADPA requires ruling out alternative explanations. Activate PHQ-9, GAD-7, and AUDIT from the Comorbidity section. Send as a separate battery or add to the assessment session.

You

Review results

Open the patient's record. Each instrument shows a score with severity band. The DSM-5 assessment shows criterion endorsement counts for inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send all forms at once?
Yes, create a battery with your assessment + childhood history + functional impact forms. The patient completes them in one session.
What if the screener is negative?
A negative ASRS-6 doesn't rule out ADHD — it indicates lower likelihood. Use clinical judgement on whether to proceed with the full assessment.
How do I send Vanderbilt scales for child ADHD?
Activate the Vanderbilt Parent (VADPRS) and Teacher (VADTRS) scales from the Child ADHD section. Send the parent scale to the parent and the teacher scale separately.
Where do I find comorbidity tools?
In the Assessments catalogue under "Comorbidity & Differential Diagnosis". PHQ-9, GAD-7, K10, AUDIT, and AQ-10 are all available.
