What counts as an action
One completed assessment counts as one Pro Action. So does one AI-generated note or document. Short dictated notes under five minutes are excluded.
What the plans include
The free plan covers 5 assessments a month. Pro is AUD $30/month for 50 Pro Actions, Pro Plus is $60/month for 100, and Platinum is $99/month for unlimited actions. These are individual monthly prices in AUD, plus GST.
Where the actions go
A single child ADHD or autism workup can use several actions: a parent report, a teacher report, a self-report where age-appropriate, and a retest at review each count separately.
For teams, NovoPsych also offers Practice Psychometrics from AUD $20 per user per month plus GST, with a minimum of two users and 100 assessments per user per month. This assessment-only option has different inclusions. Check NovoPsych’s current plan details.
ClientForms is not metered
The Professional plan is $19/month with unlimited sends and submissions: no action counting, no monthly pool. Composite ADHD and Autism profiles are included, parents and teachers can complete observer forms (with home and school answers side by side for the Child Autism Profile), and Cliniko and PracSuite integrations connect the assessment workflow to your practice software. New accounts start with 30 days of full Professional access, no card required.
