Go to Patient Forms > Consent & Agreements and click the template you want to edit.
Edit sections
Add new sections, remove outdated ones, or drag to reorder. Each section has a title and rich text body.
Preview and save
Check the preview to see what patients will see, then save your changes.
Future patients get the update
All pathways using this template now serve the new version. Existing signed consents are unchanged — patients who already signed keep their original copy.
